About Robert Strauss

Robert Strauss received a Bachelor’s Degree from the Bowling Green State University in 1989 and graduated from University of San Diego School of Law in 1992.

After working as both Wood County Assistant Prosecuting Attorney and at the Ohio Attorney General’s Office in the workers' compensation section, Mr. Strauss began working at the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation in 1998 as a staff attorney. In 2001, he entered private practice and became a partner at Koder and Strauss in 2003. In 2007 he began Strauss Law Office.

He is a member and former president of the Wood County Bar Association, member of the Northwest Ohio Bar Association, and Ohio State Bar Association.

Robert is very active in community service, working as a DeMolay youth advisor, and as former president of the Wood County Humane Society and Wood County Big Brothers and Big Sisters. He also received the Ohio State Bar Foundation Community Service Award.
